      Pros

      There was a lot of Room for growth and long term improvement. Great equal opportunity employer. Sad to leave when I did. Very informative to train new employees

      Cons

      Pay and amount of work do not add up. I'm projects were all over the place. Hard to know where one might be from week to week.

      Pros

      Easy to learn and do field work but when you get into the office have to hunt for billable work. Depending on the job will get a good amount of OSHA trainings

      Cons

      Pay- expected to work over 40 with a "bonus" that is not equivalent to hours work Company trucks need replaced Always hunting for billable work Come in on weekends to prep for Monday work Location of office in very far south NJ Management will not give you the time needed to meet and discuss goals or issues and surprise things at you. 95% of sites are in NNJ.
