Fun culture but excessive travel required - Systems Engineer I RoviSys Employee Review

Good growth opportunity and high starting pay.

May require more travel than anticipated.

Good compensation at least for the Cleveland area. Great people and interesting work. The one thing Rovisys had in spades was a good friendly culture. You get to learn a lot of you are willing, and the technical experience I gained here has helped me immensely.

Work ethic wasn't always there depending on who you were staffed with on projects. I was fortunate to have good managers, but not everyone I started with was as fortunate. There was also a lot of travel at least for the controls engineers.
