Business Outlook
Pros
Laid back place, but they get work done. The company has tons of people from varied career fields to chime in on any issues you may have, and they're big on "phoning a friend" for help on something. Also, lots of company paid nights out and lunches/dinners. The option to work from home now and again is awesome too.
Cons
They work you, but the project has to get done on time and budget, that's the name of the game if you want to stay relevant.
