      Pros

      Overall this is a place that you can pick up some good experience but there are also many other companies that offer the same opportunity.

      Cons

      These guys will come after you if you violate their non-compete agreement. Be very careful when you make a decision to join this company. If you are eager to be a part of this team try at all costs to avoid signing the non-compete agreement because they will not balk at taking you to court if it serves the greatest interest of the company.

      Pros

      Good compensation at least for the Cleveland area. Great people and interesting work. The one thing Rovisys had in spades was a good friendly culture. You get to learn a lot of you are willing, and the technical experience I gained here has helped me immensely.

      Cons

      Work ethic wasn't always there depending on who you were staffed with on projects. I was fortunate to have good managers, but not everyone I started with was as fortunate. There was also a lot of travel at least for the controls engineers.
