Pros
Great "work hard, play hard" atmosphere, lots of opportunity to travel or relocate, great variety of projects and markets which leads to good company financial stability. The culture and people here are all very young- most hired directly out of college, and almost everyone is friendly and helpful.
Cons
Employee experiences are situationally based on what projects are available when you start at the company and when you finish other projects once you're here. Employees are constantly "staffed" on projects based on availability which sometimes hinders growth of skills in new areas.
