      Pros

      Fun people to work with, a variety of opportunities, if you are bold and talented you will go far at this company.

      Cons

      Scope creep on projects sometimes results in being stuck onsite for months beyond the originally agreed-upon amount of time. For example I was told I would be onsite for 4 months. It have been almost a year and I have to fight to be home 2 weeks out of the month.

      Pros

      Good compensation at least for the Cleveland area. Great people and interesting work. The one thing Rovisys had in spades was a good friendly culture. You get to learn a lot of you are willing, and the technical experience I gained here has helped me immensely.

      Cons

      Work ethic wasn't always there depending on who you were staffed with on projects. I was fortunate to have good managers, but not everyone I started with was as fortunate. There was also a lot of travel at least for the controls engineers.
