      Good people , a lot of responsibility

      Cons

      Low compensation for the market of software development. I was offered 50% more from a local Cleveland company a year than they were paying. 4 weeks vacation starting and 14 holidays. Rovisys worked us to death and never compensated correctly to market until I opened my eyes to what was out there.

      Pros

      Good compensation at least for the Cleveland area. Great people and interesting work. The one thing Rovisys had in spades was a good friendly culture. You get to learn a lot of you are willing, and the technical experience I gained here has helped me immensely.

      Cons

      Work ethic wasn't always there depending on who you were staffed with on projects. I was fortunate to have good managers, but not everyone I started with was as fortunate. There was also a lot of travel at least for the controls engineers.
