      Pros

      The company is local so the commute isn't bad. The work is diverse so you get to experience different things from project-to-project.

      Cons

      The amount of travel can be really bad at times but that is the nature of the systems integration business.

      Pros

      Good compensation at least for the Cleveland area. Great people and interesting work. The one thing Rovisys had in spades was a good friendly culture. You get to learn a lot of you are willing, and the technical experience I gained here has helped me immensely.

      Cons

      Work ethic wasn't always there depending on who you were staffed with on projects. I was fortunate to have good managers, but not everyone I started with was as fortunate. There was also a lot of travel at least for the controls engineers.
