      Pros

      The project you are working on changes regularly so you get to do a variety of things. Everyone is friendly and the company events are fun.

      Cons

      HIGHLY stressful. Lots of long hours with no over time and absolutely zero training. Be prepared to be trying to figure out new technologies with no prior experience. Everyone at the company who could help you is too busy. The company is obsessed with growth so there are never enough experienced people and they only hire straight out of college.

      Pros

      Good compensation at least for the Cleveland area. Great people and interesting work. The one thing Rovisys had in spades was a good friendly culture. You get to learn a lot of you are willing, and the technical experience I gained here has helped me immensely.

      Cons

      Work ethic wasn't always there depending on who you were staffed with on projects. I was fortunate to have good managers, but not everyone I started with was as fortunate. There was also a lot of travel at least for the controls engineers.
