Pros

- Exposure to several different control systems

Cons

- Live to Work workplace. - High turn-over not only in NC but the Ohio locations. - No senior engineering staff to train. - Managers are running around and too busy trying to train new staff, sell projects, and manage projects. Management regularly works 7 days a week. - Experienced engineers cannot focus on providing excellent customer care or training new staff due to being bogged down in too many projects. - Only willing to hire new hires. If I were a company looking to hire RoviSys, I would not hire them for my work due to the massive gap of experienced engineers. - Competition in the area pays more and has more experience than the average RoviSys engineer. - The business model of hiring young engineers and having them gain experience on the job will not last and competition will eventually win.

Pros

Good compensation at least for the Cleveland area. Great people and interesting work. The one thing Rovisys had in spades was a good friendly culture. You get to learn a lot of you are willing, and the technical experience I gained here has helped me immensely.

Cons

Work ethic wasn't always there depending on who you were staffed with on projects. I was fortunate to have good managers, but not everyone I started with was as fortunate. There was also a lot of travel at least for the controls engineers.
