Pros

-Good people to work with -Fun company events -Nearly impossible to get fired

Cons

-Management is too busy managing accounts and being involved with company financials to be able to manage you. It's a common theme that your manager will never get back to you if you try to get in touch with them. My manager didn't even respond to my letter of resignation. -There is a lot of overtime and you will not get paid for it. You may get some false promises of personal days but you will never get all of your time back. This is especially unethical since they charge the clients for your time by the hour. -Turnover rate is very high, most people that work here are new hires, very few senior engineers. -Compensation is not competitive, which is a big part of the high turnover -You will not get bonuses for two years no matter what your experience level is coming in. -Only two weeks of vacation time

Pros

Good compensation at least for the Cleveland area. Great people and interesting work. The one thing Rovisys had in spades was a good friendly culture. You get to learn a lot of you are willing, and the technical experience I gained here has helped me immensely.

Cons

Work ethic wasn't always there depending on who you were staffed with on projects. I was fortunate to have good managers, but not everyone I started with was as fortunate. There was also a lot of travel at least for the controls engineers.
