      -Beer in the fridge and allowed to drink during work hours. -a foosball table and a ping pong table -Magic the Gathering Nights -variety of work to do for more well rounded background for AVEVA Pi work and systems engineering

      Cons

      -inexperienced, otherwise insufferable management. -travel for the experienced engineers is overbearing -low pay compared to industry standards -poor training standards for new hires

      Pros

      Good compensation at least for the Cleveland area. Great people and interesting work. The one thing Rovisys had in spades was a good friendly culture. You get to learn a lot of you are willing, and the technical experience I gained here has helped me immensely.

      Cons

      Work ethic wasn't always there depending on who you were staffed with on projects. I was fortunate to have good managers, but not everyone I started with was as fortunate. There was also a lot of travel at least for the controls engineers.
