Pros
I've had a wonderful experience as a RoviSys Engineer over the last several years. The company does a great job mentoring new resources and working with employees to build a career path that works best for them. There are always lots of opportunities for advancement and to engage with interesting project work.
Cons
Sometimes, the nature of contractual work in general with clients can be draining during highly critical commissioning periods where much is expected if everyone to deliver a quality product on-time. However, these times are highly productive in terms of training and the work/life balance collected in the aggregate over a long-term period always evens out with the ebb and flow of project phases.
