      Pros

      Diverse work environments and projects lots of room for growth and advancement if your willing to put in the work. Great people to work with.

      Cons

      Hire too many unexperienced engineers out of college. The values of engineers coming out of college has changed dramatically over the past several years and management's slow response to this has resulted in high turnover rate among project engineers. Leaving Senior Engineers and Group Managers to shoulder the load of the company.

      Pros

      Good compensation at least for the Cleveland area. Great people and interesting work. The one thing Rovisys had in spades was a good friendly culture. You get to learn a lot of you are willing, and the technical experience I gained here has helped me immensely.

      Cons

      Work ethic wasn't always there depending on who you were staffed with on projects. I was fortunate to have good managers, but not everyone I started with was as fortunate. There was also a lot of travel at least for the controls engineers.
