      Pros

      My co-workers are friendly and supportive. The work is varied and you get exposure to many different softwares and technologies.

      Cons

      My raises have not kept up with inflation. Many of my coworkers are unhappy with the work life balance, since they go on site for weeks at a time. Turnover is relatively high and managers are often overloaded.

      Pros

      Good compensation at least for the Cleveland area. Great people and interesting work. The one thing Rovisys had in spades was a good friendly culture. You get to learn a lot of you are willing, and the technical experience I gained here has helped me immensely.

      Cons

      Work ethic wasn't always there depending on who you were staffed with on projects. I was fortunate to have good managers, but not everyone I started with was as fortunate. There was also a lot of travel at least for the controls engineers.
