Great group of people in Engineering/Instructional Technology Departments - Instructional Technology Specialist Rowan University Employee Review

I worked as an instructional technology specialist for the College of Engineering. While I was there, I thought my co-workers among both the Engineering and IT faculty/staff were a great group of people to work with. The benefits are great. The vacation time and work life balance were second to none. Salary was competitive for the position. The only reason I didn't stay in the position is because I had the opportunity to pursue a career in software engineering, which is my primary passion.
