Pros
Could work at any hour I wanted and work on what I wanted when I decided to work. This was helpful because I could stay for an hour or two after my last class ended for the day and work for a while then leave and not need to make a separate trip to work.
Cons
Since I was a student worker the pay was below minimum wage. I had the exact same job at the college I transferred from and they paid at least minimum wage, though it was set hours. Wasn't as grueling though because there were other workers keeping the studio running. At Rowan it was my professor and I doing everything the studio needed done.
