EMT Basic feedback for Royal Ambulance - EMT-B Royal Ambulance Employee Review

- I went to school while working so the company would work help me by working around my schedule - The vast percent of EMT's at Royal legitimately care about patients. I would actually personally use them as a company if the need arises - Management is super approachable and down to earth. They don't act like typical bosses and have an open door policy. They always listen to what you have to say, whether it is personal or job related. - There are growth opportunities such as becoming a Field Training Officer - Lot's of overtime and available shifts for pickup - Decent amount of code 2's (on average, at lease one a day) - Call bonuses: 5th is 10$, 6th is an additional $15, 7th is an additional $20, etc... -Work environment is excellent, majority of EMT's are great to work with (always a few sour apples here and there) - Dispatch is pretty cool. They let you hang out with them and see the back end of stuff. - Provide scholarships
