Pros
Royal Ambulance is hands down the best BLS company in the San Francisco Bay Area. I started working at Royal while going to school and they were extremely flexible with my school schedule. There are so many people with different career aspirations in the Royal family that it's hard not to continue excelling in whatever field you might like to work in someday. Working long shifts can be tough if your not with people that you can consider friends but at Royal, you're bound to end up with some real good people. One of the things that I liked most about Royal was the fact that its full of people that truly care about one another, they make sure to treat their employees like family.
Cons
Having to work in multiple counties can be frustrating from time to time but its part of the job no matter which BLS company you might choose to work for. Plus it just shows how hard working the employees are. Everyone that needs a BLS transport wants to have their patient's or family members transported by Royal to give them the Royal Experience.
