Pros

good company everyone who works there is super nice and professional. Management cares about its employees which more than can be said about other ambo companies in the area. also started ALS in SCCO including dedicated 911 shifts and event medicine stuff which allows for more growth and excitement. good CCT units also

Cons

Manual gurneys are a massive pain to use where all other companies and ALS units use. the majority of people work BLS IFT which can be incredibly dull and you don't get to use many skills often aside from vitals. dispatch can be passive aggressive.
