Pros

This company is always trying to do better, for the most part. They do the best they can to validate good work.

Cons

some times people should be (not fired) but written up sooner and more often. Mid-level management some times will let too many things slide which leads to unsafe practices.

Pros

Good way to get basic EMT experience. Able to expand on that doing CCT or ALS transfers with medics and nurses. Good place to start a career in EMS or healthcare if you use it as a platform to jump from. The good news is they embrace this.

Cons

Basic IFT transports. Usually nothing too crazy can let your skills go soft.
