Pros

Nice environment to work and can travel the world and meet a lot of people.

Cons

Being away from family and frieds at home; in general, scheduler arrange people work on the same ship( only if you are work with the company around 10 years or High position level peoper have the right to request change ships)

Cruise Benefits My Friendships and collaboration of my team

Cons

Work/Life Balance (there is none and no exceptions) They do not address any concerns in the chat box during Town Halls, instead they talk about what superhero they would be or what their walk out song would be. No one cares!
