Interesting but not satifying. Company is full of poor performers - Comodity Manager Royal Caribbean Group Employee Review

No room for advancement. Salaries are very poor, to say the least. Self insured company, so benefits are tailored for the benefit of the company's pockets and NOT the employee. Company does not care about the employees, they say they do, but they don't. They have these phony awards that are "won" by the same depts over and over again. Yawn....
