The irony is that the person leading the sales team and commerce division hasn’t sold a single product worth even a penny in his life, and he bosses around throwing tantrums because its his brother’s company.
The delivery team cannot manage a single project and clients leave or sue for millions of dollars and all the hard work of sales team goes to waste.
The account management team has no sense of direction and work like homeless orphans.
Lots of racism and favouritism going on here. Just look at the names and pictures on LinkedIn and you’ll get the idea.
So many good people have left this company because of these issues.
