Recruitment and Project managment is very bad. They reached out to me with an opening for WCS Admin role. I was having a strong and stable career of 12yrs with proper salary and wfh. Last 5yrs in same company. RC gave a huge lucrative offer of 33LPA with WFH, so I resigned from my current company. Usually my current company retains employees with matching offer. But on my case offer was beyond their capability, so they simply asked me to go for new offer. During my notice period of 3mo, RC HR reached out saying there is an immediate work where we need you, can you work part time on hourly basis and they will pay me good amount of 1500rs per hour as per my offered salary. I accepted with a thinking that I will know there work and culture. they immediate sent me lapy and I worked for the project, they paid me well also. then the project work was done. And there was an uncertainty of next assignment. On the Last week of my notice period, I reached RC HR to confirm my full time joining with RC is intact as in offer. He said me yes as I am going to be assigned to a new project. I did not wanted to leave current company due to good culture and good hikes every year. My current company was ready to retain me with a hike more then incremental hike but not able to match the offer as nobody at my level has that much salary. So with greedy mind of 33LPA, I decided to move on. Before my LWD I called RC HR to confirm again on project if he is sure and tmrw is my LWD here and that my joining is sure with RC on Monday, he again said yes. I asked him to schedule a discussion with PM so that I can know abt new project work, he said yes for next day. but due to my LWD formalities and meeting all teams, I could not follow up for PM discussion which HR did not even schedule. NOW BIG SURPRISE !! WHEN I LEFT MY CURRENT COMPANY, RC HR calls me on Friday night when I was leaving my company after submitting lapy and I'd card. And says, he had a talk with PM and client deal did not get signed, so we can not onboard you. you can stay in your company or join any other firm if you have offers. I said it's not possible now as I left this company and not having any offer. Sine I was having RC lapy and my emails I'd was already created there so I had an assurance in my mind. HR told he will see if he can get me to other projects. My life turned upside down, as I was jobless overnight with no further. I begged HR to start my onboarding and keep me on bench untill I get projects. he denied saying they can not keep me as full time. I am still a part time worker. those 2-3days I was in big tension started applying every where but other companies started doubting as my NP was over. Luckily, with an embarrsed face, I reached out my previous employer and asked If I can join back as next employer RC has cheated me. And they happily asked me to welcome back and they gave me same hike that they has promised me during my retaintiom discussion. Now I am back working in my company with a VERY VERY BAD experience from RC. Now I see they are again looking for a WCS Admin... lol and trying to reach out to me. only if they would have kept me on bench with some salary. I would still be working with them.
