      Almost everything, management is terrible, Don't have a social life, expect to work 6 days a week, Be feed lies by management about growth, No one cares about you only about how they look, Favoriteism is hardcore everyone literally talks about quitting every day its such a negative environment

      Pros

      They care about their employees. You can tell this by the amount of employees who have been there 20+ years. If someone is ambitious and wants to put in the work they will help them move up. Culture is good and fun. I have spent 7 years on third shift and moved up consistently.

      Cons

      Getting to first shift can take many years because of the amount of employees who desire that shift. The company has been working to bring in new work which seems to be shifting culture.
