      Pros

      Good values, good pay, great benefits, employee owned, profit sharing, plenty of opportunity for advancement for people who are driven.

      Cons

      Many of the opportunities require college education so entry level employee's may find it difficult to advance.

      Pros

      They care about their employees. You can tell this by the amount of employees who have been there 20+ years. If someone is ambitious and wants to put in the work they will help them move up. Culture is good and fun. I have spent 7 years on third shift and moved up consistently.

      Cons

      Getting to first shift can take many years because of the amount of employees who desire that shift. The company has been working to bring in new work which seems to be shifting culture.
