      Culture, Benefits, Well defined teams, Good overall company

      Cons

      When the schedule is busy, probably more overtime than you can handle, difficult to manage if you have a young family and work an off-shift

We do have busier times of year, but have limits to how much overtime can be worked per day/per week to help maintain a work/life balance - and we are always closed on Sunday!       Pros

      They care about their employees. You can tell this by the amount of employees who have been there 20+ years. If someone is ambitious and wants to put in the work they will help them move up. Culture is good and fun. I have spent 7 years on third shift and moved up consistently.

      Cons

      Getting to first shift can take many years because of the amount of employees who desire that shift. The company has been working to bring in new work which seems to be shifting culture.
