We understand that a performance-driven environment can sometimes feel high-pressure, particularly when outcomes are influenced by factors both within and outside of an individual's control. This is why there is such an emphasis on training, feedback, and leadership support. Regarding your comments about consistency between teams, we work hard to maintain consistent standards, expectations, and goals across the organization. However, we also recognize that our leaders bring different strengths and approaches to supporting their teams. These differences are often intentional, allowing flexibility in varying schedules, personalities, experience levels, and learning styles. What works best for one team or individual may not be the most effective approach for another.
