Pros

For the most part, non-management employees are friendly.

Cons

Still in it's infancy. Need solid understanding of industry related standards in order to provide the clients with excellent "paid" service. Revolving door of experienced and talented employees due to internal bureaucracies. (paying for experienced workers rather than cutting cost with temporary inexperienced workers to "get by") Chasing the bigger portfolio rather than focusing on perfecting their approach to waste and recycling solutions hinders several of their core values.

No one knows what is going on, so no one can blame you for anything. Even though benefits are decent - healthcare handcuffs and remote work - wages are low and competent employees are fleeing when they find any other job, leaving lower level employees with 4+ different bosses in a 2 year timespan.

Cons

"New" leadership continues to lay off women and employees of color, while bringing in/promoting unqualified Good Ol' Boys (and Girls) from their old jobs, and the CEO threw a tantrum when this was called out via Glassdoor. Zero job security, racism, communication silos, and leaving All Hands just flabbergasted that the CEO says what he says are all common experiences. No one knows what is going on and turnover is seemingly high, so process improvement is nearly impossible since there is no one to ask for help. Longtime employees were all let go or quit. Higher ups pretend to be so busy that they can't even respond to emails, while the actual busy people are expected to respond within hours. Leadership still doesn't have a clue what half of the company does.
