Pros

The paycheck. Non-management employees are nice for the most part.

Cons

Terrible place to work. Smoke and mirrors business strategies leaves company grappling with how to make the concept work. Operation failures all over the place meaning unhappy customers. Systematically fire employees to cover the poor leadership at the top. No onboarding at all. Long hours with no appreciation. If you apply here be prepared to start all over again within a year. If they didn't have investors with deep pockets they would have been out of business a long time ago.

Pros

No one knows what is going on, so no one can blame you for anything. Even though benefits are decent - healthcare handcuffs and remote work - wages are low and competent employees are fleeing when they find any other job, leaving lower level employees with 4+ different bosses in a 2 year timespan.

Cons

"New" leadership continues to lay off women and employees of color, while bringing in/promoting unqualified Good Ol' Boys (and Girls) from their old jobs, and the CEO threw a tantrum when this was called out via Glassdoor. Zero job security, racism, communication silos, and leaving All Hands just flabbergasted that the CEO says what he says are all common experiences. No one knows what is going on and turnover is seemingly high, so process improvement is nearly impossible since there is no one to ask for help. Longtime employees were all let go or quit. Higher ups pretend to be so busy that they can't even respond to emails, while the actual busy people are expected to respond within hours. Leadership still doesn't have a clue what half of the company does.
