Pros
This company is innovative & a great start up. The benefits are amazing, healthcare & vacation policies. Team members are great to work with. Most managers do not micro-manage their employees so it allows each employee to be able to excel at their position & get work done. If employees make mistakes, the managers are very understanding and will work through the issues with them rather than punishing them for errors.
Cons
Training, processes and on-boarding can use a bit of work. When I started Rubicon, I was new to this industry and was given very little tools to perform my position to the best. But processes are getting better day-by-day. At times, different departments tend to not help one another, this can improve with some upper management guidance. I have been here for over a year and I did not have a 90-day performance review nor an annual review yet.
