Pros
Great place to learn and start your career. Recommendation would be to leave after 1-2 years.They have some very kind and genuine people employed there. However, none in true positions of power.
Cons
Very white and conservative firm. The “good ole boy” mentality still exists there. Witnessed many forms of sexual harassment as well as discriminatory practices over many years while employed in STL office at the highest levels. No one makes anything remotely close to the owners - they take approx 80% of the profit for themselves and the rest of their hardworking workforce splits the rest. They have laughable position known as “partner” but they have zero equity or ownership in the firm. This position would be like a director at a big firm. They are not transparent about compensation. All top performers leave for a reason. They expand too aggressively.
