Pros
* Good benefits * Not high pressure * Only have to deal with maintenance/mechanical issues.... not expected to work as a janitor to "keep busy" if production is going well and there are no maintenance or mechanical needs.
Cons
* No paid sick days * Only 3 non-paid PTO days a year and then they are only applied at the rate of one per quarter. * Impossible to advance. To advance you are required to complete a computer based computer program. It hasn't worked since I have been employed there. Constant excuses as to why they cannot get it fixed. Even so, one employee completed the course long before I was hired and still has not been given the pay raise he was supposed to . Expect to remain at whatever pay rate and level of mechanic they hire you at.
