Management was very lacking. Schedule was never consistent and could change in a day before scheduled weekend off. Bottom line was always driving factor on whether you could have enough help on your line. Rarely did you ever have enough team members to operate all machines. Team members that were willing to come in on days off were not allowed to do so. Repair and maintenance of machinery was poor. Often machines didnt work as designed and you were expected to still meet your daily schedule.
