Pros

Clients are responsible and no show rate is very, very low. Pay is average Usually get clients when open

Cons

Support staff give different answers causing confusion. They also don’t take responsibility for their mistakes or respond when wrong. Another staff will eventually respond and redirect you to their provider resources which doesn’t help because they don’t follow the guidelines I do know very well The recently created additional paperwork is way more intensive than most other companies, even county clinics. It’s a huge issue and you get 7 minutes which is not possible. Excessive documentation has me wondering about changing companies.

Thank you for taking the time to share feedback, and we are sorry to hear that you have had an unsatisfactory experience with our customer service. While our Support team has a 95% satisfaction score from therapists in our network, we aim for 100% and are investing in training and tools to help our agents get therapists better answers quicker. Regarding recent changes to our notes documentation, we pride ourselves in our clinical approach and want to ensure the best standard of care for our patients. With that in mind, our Engineering teams are working hard to implement changes that improve the therapist and client experience. We appreciate your feedback and sincerely hope you'll continue to be a valued provider in our network; if you want to share anything else, please email us at feedback@pathccm.com.

Pros

Freedom and autonomy to do telehealth all around the state of South Carolina. I am also applying to be licensed in North Carolina as well. I really like Rula because there is variety and if it’s not a good fit for you as the therapist or for you as the patient, they will put you with someone else in a timely fashion. They’re constantly looking for different ways to improve the services that they provide, and I like that because it shows initiative and the desire to grow even more.

Cons

So far, I haven’t found any.
