Pros

-hourly wage -work from home -flexible schedule -complete autonomy -truly the most awesome clients I've ever worked with in my 20+ year career

Cons

-no health insurance -At first it was so easy to get new clients. I'd open 1-2 spots in my schedule and they'd be filled in 24-48 hours. Now, I've had 10+ open spots in my schedule and I haven't had a new client in over 8 weeks. Worst of all, when I asked why, I got a generic response about opening additional availability and "ideal" timeslots to open, but no real explanation why it's gone from feast to famine seemingly overnight.

Pros

Freedom and autonomy to do telehealth all around the state of South Carolina. I am also applying to be licensed in North Carolina as well. I really like Rula because there is variety and if it’s not a good fit for you as the therapist or for you as the patient, they will put you with someone else in a timely fashion. They’re constantly looking for different ways to improve the services that they provide, and I like that because it shows initiative and the desire to grow even more.

Cons

So far, I haven’t found any.
