It is a good company and a regional leader in the steel manufacturing industry. There are very few managerial layers so you know everyone in the company. They care about their employees and want to see them succeed.

Things tend to get a little hectic when they take on more jobs than they have the capacity to produce. Lead times tend to get stretched out and the customer that yells the loudest gets taken care of first.

Willing to hire anyone. (Felony background, no experience) Build cool grinders. Lots of overtime. I hear they got bought out. Maybe there is hope

Ingrown culture of anger and hostility. High stress environment. No employee training. No pay raises. Low pay. Poorly organized. Poor customer service.
