Pros
Nice people who are easy to get along with. semi- Comfortable working conditions. Must sign in and sign in and again out for lunch with a 20 character password. must punch every time. Employee discount as stated 25% is in reality only 10%. Equipment and tools are old and not up to date.
Cons
They underpay from what can be obtained elsewhere on the free market. I was promised $15 per hour as a firearms specialist but when the check came it was only $13. Minimum wage in Illinois. Employees are often told to work out of their job classification. They work a 7 to 7 1/2 hr day not 8 hours. Only paid for those hours.
