At Runza you get the chance to work alongside other employees that have been in the restaurant industry since what seems like day one. They are willing to teach you how to lead, cook, and follow health codes. They are super flexible with scheduling.
Cons
You work alongside other employees that oftentimes just are there for a paycheck, not to actually do their job. They will more work onto your plate if they see you are doing really well and make you feel like you aren't doing enough if you don't finish additional work. Customers can be rude at times too.
