Pros

Good Salary - you will need it when you see how very much out of tune MGMT is with quota to territory....

Cons

Salary is high because 95% of the sales team cant meet quota Poor marketing and no direct sales strategies - its always look at what the last person did to win and emulate that style. Management is poor at best - At least Greg Harper has big vision, not sure why he left (yes i am!!) Super Crazy Awesome (SCA) doesnt work - and if you are not SCA you will be considered an outcast and not a FAVORITE. Open door policy might as well be open door to lose your job policy Promotions come to those the company is scared to loose Hope you have Leads - otherwise you will spend hours trying to find company, contacts etc.. little to no help from sales leadership or marketing Core focus on METRICS - if you like being told how many calls to make and told you have to do cold calling bullpens on certain days/times, have fun..!!.. I would make fake Metrics and mgmt was thrilled to point out what a good job I did hitting metrics - its non-sense. Some never meet metrics and not a word is said, others miss metrics and go on performance plans.

Pros

I’ve been with Runzheimer for 15+ years, across multiple departments. I’ve seen a lot of change over the years, some good and some that I probably wouldn’t brag about. Aside from how great the benefits are and the fact that we have free popcorn, drinks, coffee and a ping pong table to boot... I have to say, what makes this company special is the way our leadership team works each and every day to make sure the employees feel as if they are heard, cared for and part of the big picture. I know there are negative reviews and I agree, the coffee is not the best. However, seeing smiles on people’s faces when they are in the office and talking to them about the fact that the culture is so different than before, makes you realize how truly special it is to be a part of this amazing transformation. We have a lot going on and there is a lot of work to do, but I feel like we are pulling together as a team and getting the job done. It’s exciting to be a part of something that is going to launch this company further than we’ve ever been. I look forward to many more years here with Runzheimer and I can’t wait to see what Randy and his team have in store for us next.

Cons

I have no negative comments to share.
