Pros

The company has an excellent, positive culture and the employees from leadership on down are dedicated and transparent. Employees, leadership included are genuine and collaborative. Employees can take advantage of summer hours and a flexible working environment. The facility is beautiful and accommodating with an excellent lunchroom, workout facility, free tea and coffee as well as free popcorn midweek. The environment provides lot of opportunity for growth and advancement and there is a tremendous amount of promoting from within. The culture is very engaging and healthy. The company provides "jeans" Friday's there are many engagement activities regularly including fun activities, summer picnic and a holiday party!

Cons

The company has been going though a lot of change management as of late. Although that can perceived to be stressful, the change is very necessary and refreshing. The culture is conservative generally speaking; professional and somewhat quiet. Too many hands in the pot sometimes with the inability to move the company forward. New leadership is changing these things for the better. Previous Executive leader led by fear and ambiguity. Overall leadership recognizes the past shortcomings and is taking great strides to make the necessary changes.

Pros

I’ve been with Runzheimer for 15+ years, across multiple departments. I’ve seen a lot of change over the years, some good and some that I probably wouldn’t brag about. Aside from how great the benefits are and the fact that we have free popcorn, drinks, coffee and a ping pong table to boot... I have to say, what makes this company special is the way our leadership team works each and every day to make sure the employees feel as if they are heard, cared for and part of the big picture. I know there are negative reviews and I agree, the coffee is not the best. However, seeing smiles on people’s faces when they are in the office and talking to them about the fact that the culture is so different than before, makes you realize how truly special it is to be a part of this amazing transformation. We have a lot going on and there is a lot of work to do, but I feel like we are pulling together as a team and getting the job done. It’s exciting to be a part of something that is going to launch this company further than we’ve ever been. I look forward to many more years here with Runzheimer and I can’t wait to see what Randy and his team have in store for us next.

Cons

I have no negative comments to share.
