Pros
You can make money at times before hidden fees
Cons
Management is very intrusive they impede on the employees personal and family time. You are not set up for success and expected to build the buisness for the company and be paid a lower percentage. You are charged to work in the office pay for all data bases, administration use, quarterly feels of 15k. Some employees are expected to pay other employees salaries. You are pressured to build a practice and your team is micro managed, top producers are allowed to scam companies out of large fees without filling positions. The ownership sues employees that no longer want to work for them but won't allow them to make a living elsewhere. Your unemployment is held up through ownership fighting to with hold even though they aren't set up for success. Your calls are listened in on and conversations are monitored through listening devices within the office. Office is very low energy 98% of the employees hate working there. They are not friendly with new people it feels like a telemarketing job in a much strict and controlled environment management sends hundreds of emails with rants and threats everyday.
