Pros
Great training from Next Level Exchange and Sanford Rose & Associates and a great group of people in the office. I have been with RHA for almost 3 years and I have always felt that you must want to succeed to succeed in this business. You have to earn the money you make, it wont be handed to you for doing nothing. It is easy to make 100 grand in a year if you use the tools that are provided to you, you wont if you don't. Hard work is rewarded here and everyone here wants you to succeed. Ownership allowed me to move 1000 miles away and let me work remote for over a year now and has been nothing but helpful to my success.
Cons
Almost none. Every work place has its days we are all human. But nothing stands out to me as a constant negative to this job.
