Pros

There are always positions available since this company has a revolving door.

Cons

Company constantly talks about being a team, and that they value their employees, and how much everyone matters to the company, when they don't at ALL!!! Everyone is just a number, and upper management doesn't expect anyone to be there longer than 6 months (that is a fact directly from upper management). Pay is only $10/hr and you are expected to do the amount of work that a person making $15/hr+ does. Save your time and bypass this stepping stone that does not value you as a human being, a parent, or anyone that has a life at all.

Thank you for the review. We are sorry to see you did not enjoy your time in our organization. We value all of our employees within the organization and want people to stay with this family as long as they are happy and productive. Your statement about upper management is simply a false statement. If we expected all employees to move on after 6 months we would not be productive nor successful. Starting pay varies across the organization and includes a combination of hourly plus commissions. We work hard to maintain a culture that does value our staff, and their work life balance. We are sorry you did not get this feeling from us. We are sorry you did not enjoy coming to work at our organization. If you have specific examples of things we can do to improve, please reach out to us so we can try and make the employee experience even better for everyone! Thank you again for the review.

Pros

Potential for good income Ample downtime Base pay + commission instead of commission only LGBTQ+ friendly, name tag does not need to be your legal name

Cons

Poor management Values KPIs above customer needs (you'll still get plenty of emails telling you to not, but verbally it is encouraged to do whatever it takes to meet number goals) Poor/minimal hands-on training (everything is video webinars that are basically just power point slides. No in-person coaching unless you get lucky and have a good manager.) Unlikely to progress to higher paying positions.
