Pros

if you're looking to be taken advantage of this is a great fit

Cons

They expect a lot and pay very little. The commission structure is trash. The time off is trash, you only get 5 personal days in a year and they restrict that to 2 per quarter which i guess they can't do math because that doesn't even work out to be even.

Hello, thank you for your review. At Russell Cellular, we strive to provide the best employee experience we can to our team members. We are sorry you felt you were taken advantage of during your employment with our company. We try to treat each team member with respect and ensure everyone is treated equally. As we understand, our compensation packages do not always align with all of our team member’s needs. We regularly adjust and make changes to our compensation packages to help our team members to try to maximize their pay. Our Paid Sick Leave (PTO) policy is designed to help our team members over the whole year. Our company restricts days so our team members do not have to worry about using all of the Paid Sick Leave before the year is half over. Our policy does state however, you can use more than 2 sick days per quarter if you do not use them in the quarters prior. This allows our team members to use the Paid Sick Leave in abundance if something major comes up! If you had questions about any of our benefits, you could have contacted our Human Resource Team, who help administer employee benefits. We thank you again at this time for your review.

Pros

Potential for good income Ample downtime Base pay + commission instead of commission only LGBTQ+ friendly, name tag does not need to be your legal name

Cons

Poor management Values KPIs above customer needs (you'll still get plenty of emails telling you to not, but verbally it is encouraged to do whatever it takes to meet number goals) Poor/minimal hands-on training (everything is video webinars that are basically just power point slides. No in-person coaching unless you get lucky and have a good manager.) Unlikely to progress to higher paying positions.
