Our company always tries to provide a positive work environment to our team members that is fun and rewarding. As our company continues to grow and being a salaried employee, you may be required to work more hours than the typical hourly employee. As a sales driven company, we are open during regular retail hours which requires full availability as part of the job. However, you do receive more pay increases and incentives as being a salaried employee. We always try to give back to our employees as much as we can they work very hard in their day to day operations.
