Pros

Great hours if you’re a store manager, that is if your reps don’t call you a million times once you clock out

Cons

Low commission (they will respond that they’re very competitive in pay, but they’re not: other retailers will pay up to $70 in commission where RC pays $8 on a new android) No support from upper management Low moral in upper management Horrible insurance

Hello, thank you for your review we appreciate your feedback at this time. We are happy to hear you enjoyed the working hours as a Store Manager in our Milan, TN, door. However, we would like to know more about your position of low commission. We strive to provide competitive pay within our industry and offer other great benefits as further perks for working for RC! We constantly our reviewing and changing our compensation packages to more align with all of our employees wants and needs. If you felt you did not get the support of respect from your sales leaders during your tenure with our company, you could have contacted our Employee Services Team or reach out anonymously through Integra Report. We always look for ways to improve our benefits like adding Aflac in 2020 and keeping the same consistent rates for the last three years. Our company always tries to put our had working employees first and appreciate the hard work they do for us on a daily basis. We are sorry it did not pan out for you the way you would have liked. Thank you again at this time for your review.

Pros

Potential for good income Ample downtime Base pay + commission instead of commission only LGBTQ+ friendly, name tag does not need to be your legal name

Cons

Poor management Values KPIs above customer needs (you'll still get plenty of emails telling you to not, but verbally it is encouraged to do whatever it takes to meet number goals) Poor/minimal hands-on training (everything is video webinars that are basically just power point slides. No in-person coaching unless you get lucky and have a good manager.) Unlikely to progress to higher paying positions.
