We try and offer great benefits and incentives so our employees understand how much we appreciate them. Specifically, with paid time off, benefits, industry discounts, company paid events. We have held our benefit rates flat for 3 years in a row and added Aflac as an additional benefit within the last year. Also, for working for a Verizon authorized agent, you can enroll in ‘Salesmaker’ program through Verizon which discounts your cell phone bill as an additional benefit for working for Russell Cellular.
