Pros
Unlike most staffing firms that focus on often obscure and unattainable metrics- RTA cares about the candidate and client experience. Instead of banging on doors of hiring managers, they develop genuine relationships. These factors, and many others, makes this firm truly unique.
Cons
The organization has grown so much since I was there, any cons I had likely wouldn't still apply. Keep up the good work!
